In celebrating Mother's day, I decided to make pictures with my own littles a priority this year.
It's good to be on the other side of the lens.
I know as women we can struggle with insecurity.
I always tell my mamas I photograph to be IN the pictures. That their kiddos don't notice the extra weight, the wrinkles, the less than perfect wardrobe.
But it's hard to practice what you preach.
I threw our outfits together the evening before.
Man, I forgot what a challenge it can be to put clothing together. I wanted something vibrant and playful that would be beautiful no matter what season it was hanging on my wall.
And yes,
I absolutely plan on framing these!
They aren't perfect, but they're perfectly us.

Laura - Well, these are just gorgeous! So sweet and the tones are to die for!! So glad you were able to make this happen. My littles weren't as cooperative on Mother's Day!
