Early Spring can be the perfect time for updating your Huntsville or Madison Alabama family photos!
Here in the South everything begins to come back to life in Spring. And whether or not flowers are in bloom yet, there can still be beautiful colors and textures in Spring.
Fall can be the first place our mind goes when it comes to family photos. Who doesn't love the leaves changing and the cooler weather?!
However, for many of us Fall can be an incredibly busy time! So many holidays crammed into one small period of time.
If you tend to have a busy Fall, consider doing your family photos in Spring.
What are two tips to help keep your Spring session emotive and timeless?
1. Just have fun. I know there can be such high stress when trying to wrangle and photograph young children. You worry about their behavior, if they are smiling at the camera, if you're getting anything good, the list goes on and on.
Leave all of that to me.
I can see what you often can't. The in between moments and transitions give some of the best images in your gallery. Mom-relax your face. Get rid of that vein. You know which one I'm talking about lol. If the kiddos are wild-let them be. Follow their lead and explore the things that they want to explore. I promise we will capture some beautiful moments!
2. Wear a simple color palette that will compliment your home well in print.
I mean the ultimate goal of investing in this shoot is to have images you will treasure forever, ammi right?! Pictures weren't intended to live on your computer. They were mean to be touched, felt, and experienced. Keeping that in mind, what do you want to see on your walls year round? Patterns are great! Just keep them simple. Don't pick super loud colors or stiff materials that don't add any movement or depth for your session.
